As a university lecturer with over 7 years of teaching experience at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Shahed University, and Khayyam University, I have developed a student-centered and interactive approach to teaching psychology. My lessons are carefully structured to meet each student's academic level, learning style, and specific goals.

I begin each session with a brief review of previous material to reinforce learning, followed by introducing new concepts using clear explanations, real-life examples, and visual aids such as diagrams and case studies. I encourage active participation through guided discussions, problem-solving exercises, and critical thinking questions. For complex topics like psychopathology or personality theories, I break them down into manageable parts and use practical scenarios to make them more understandable.

I adapt my teaching methods based on the student's needs. For exam preparation, I focus on practice tests, key concept reviews, and time management strategies. For students working on research papers or theses, I provide guidance on literature review, research design, and data analysis. I also use online tools like Zoom and Google Meet effectively, sharing screens and using incorporating multimedia resources to create an engaging virtual classroom.

My teaching philosophy is to make psychology not only understandable but also fascinating and applicable to everyday life. I believe that when students see the relevance of what they are learning, their motivation and retention improve significantly. I am patient, approachable, and committed to helping each student build confidence in their understanding of psychology. I regularly assess progress through quizzes, assignments, and open discussions, adjusting my approach as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
