The Confidence Kick-off (First 10 Minutes): We start with a "low-stakes" conversation or a creative English game. This lowers the student’s anxiety, making them more comfortable making mistakes and speaking naturally from the start. 2. Targeted Concept Building (15 Minutes): I introduce a specific linguistic goal, whether it is a grammar point, new vocabulary, or a communication technique. Drawing from my experience as a STEM Instructor, I use visual aids and storytelling to simplify complex rules, ensuring they are easy to digest. 3.
