English tutor who worked with different age groups

I'm Nazifa, an International student here in Germany. I gave IELTS exam and started to teach English to different students(age 15-30 years). Basically I start to check how is my student currently doing, based on that, I make the module for each person in different way, because I believe each person have different capacities to absorb things, I start with very basics, then gradually I go to the proper grammer or literature. I also try to make them understand how the IELTS works in exam environment, I try to create the exam environment for them so that they are aware of the upcoming tests as well when necessary.
