Native English teacher offering practical online lessons for adults

I am a native British English speaker and have been teaching English since 1991, with many years of experience in both general and Business English.

My main focus is helping learners become more confident and comfortable using English in real-life situations. I offer friendly, practical online lessons with plenty of opportunity for conversation and active communication.

Depending on your needs, we can work on speaking, pronunciation, reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary. I also like to include aspects of British culture and everyday life where appropriate, giving the language a practical and interesting context.

Lessons are adapted to your individual goals and interests. Whether you want to feel more confident speaking English in everyday situations, improve your general communication skills, or need English for your professional life, we can focus on what is most useful to you. Business English is also available if required.

I speak near-fluent German, so I can also offer support in German when something is particularly difficult to explain or understand in English.
