Currently, I am working as a Spanish teacher for The Really Great Teachers Company, based in Hong Kong. In this role, I have been successfully delivering engaging and effective remote Spanish lessons through a teaching platform. I have honed my ability to connect with students from various backgrounds and age groups, ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment.
Over the years, I have accumulated valuable experience as a private tutor, teaching Spanish to children, teenagers, and adults between 2016 and 2018. During this period, I meticulously curated text books and supplementary materials, crafted comprehensive lesson plans, and designed custom curricula to cater to the unique learning needs of each student.
Additionally, my time as an English teacher and Coordinator of the English Department at Colegio Nueva América has been incredibly rewarding. I have dedicated myself to providing quality education to primary and secondary level students, currently teaching 30 school hours per week. My responsibilities encompassed selecting appropriate course materials, creating engaging worksheets using Corel Draw, and organizing annual school shows. Moreover, I have been actively involved in tutoring students for the Graded Examination of Spoken English conducted by Trinity College London. My commitment to inclusive education also led me to design specialized worksheets for students with special learning needs.
Prior to my role at Colegio Nueva América, I served as an English teacher at Instituto New Way Yerba Buena, where I honed my teaching techniques and designed tailored curricula to optimize students' language learning journey.
Beyond my teaching experience, I have demonstrated my capabilities in administration and management during my time as the Manager & CEO of LINKS- English Institute. This position allowed me to handle various responsibilities, such as institution administration, dealing with certifications, financial management, and providing guidance to students on international exams.
