A little bit about me: I have been practicing Integral Yoga, a combination of meditation, sports, and music, and studying spiritual-philosophical literature, since 1994. I have been offering lectures, and classes on meditation, a healthy, spiritual lifestyle since 1995, in the US and Europe.
A psycho-pedagogue by profession, specializing in educational psychology, I am a Certified Eating Psychology Coach, a Certified Yoga Teacher, and a meditation instuctor.
I am passionate about health and holistic well-being. My hobbies are nature walking, cooking and food-photography.
Gentle Yoga - a slow-flowing style that focuses on postures that awaken awareness while relaxing the body and mind. The movements and transitions are gentle. This allows you to carefully and safely enter and exit the asanas. Also, gives you enough time to place any aids/props and make subtle adjustments.
